Returns

We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact hello@amygdalastudio.hr before sending anything back. Returns should be sent to Ulica Tadije Smiciklasa 18, 48260 Krizevci, Croatia.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. For approved returns requested through our return process, return shipping is free unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific case.

Cancellations and order changes

Cancellations or change requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production, packing, or dispatch has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or change the order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can help quickly.

Non-returnable items

Digital downloads, custom-sized items, personalized products, made-to-order painted items, opened sealed products, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.

Some miniatures and fragile printed items may be shipped unassembled for safer transport. Minor cleanup or assembly may be required and does not by itself count as a defect.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the simplest option is to request a return for an eligible product and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible physical goods within 14 days for any reason, subject to the exclusions allowed by law for custom-made, personalized, sealed, or digital goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
