Estimated arrival times depend on the item, destination, and carrier. Physical miniatures and fragile pieces are packed with care, and some models may ship unassembled for safer transport.

Customs and import taxes

International buyers may be responsible for customs, import taxes, or local fees. Customs delays are outside our direct control, but we will help where we reasonably can.

Digital downloads

Digital products do not ship physically. Access is provided digitally after purchase through the product or order flow.

Damage, delays, and missing parcels

If an order arrives damaged, delayed, or appears lost, contact us quickly with the order number and photos where relevant so we can review the issue and help find the best solution.

Returns and cancellations

Return, exchange, and cancellation eligibility can vary by item type, customization, and order stage. Check the product page and the formal refund policy before purchase.
