Using the store

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content or products for unauthorized commercial resale.

Products and availability

We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors, scale, finish, and appearance can vary depending on screen settings, print processes, hand-finishing, and assembly. We may update product details, pricing, or availability at any time.

Some miniatures and printed items may arrive unassembled for safer shipping. Product pages describe key details where relevant.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is processed and we confirm the order. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or legal or compliance concerns.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After production or dispatch begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Preorders are binding. Once a preorder has been committed with our supplier, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable law.

If an order contains products with different release dates, the entire order will be shipped together on the date the latest-release product becomes available for dispatch. Such orders will not be split into separate shipments unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Digital products

Digital products are for personal use unless a listing clearly states otherwise. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or commercially exploit digital files, downloads, artwork, or related materials purchased from this store without written permission.

Pricing and taxes

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refusal to accept delivery due to customs duties, taxes, or import charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

Intellectual property

All original site content, branding, text, graphics, downloads, and product materials created by Vault of Delights remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault of Delights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this website applies at the time of your use or purchase.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to your purchase or use of this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
