Processing times

Each product page includes the current estimated processing or dispatch window. Ready-to-ship products usually leave sooner than made-to-order, custom, printed, or painted items.

Digital products are delivered after payment confirmation. If a product includes separate access instructions or an external download link, those details are provided with the order delivery information.

Some miniatures and fragile printed items may ship unassembled for safer delivery.

Shipping origin and methods

Orders ship from Croatia. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, duties, and delays

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees that apply in their destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information is provided when available. If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact hello@amygdalastudio.hr with your order number so we can help investigate.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. If you need an address change, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
