Shipping, US orders, and courier upgrades
Vault of Delights ships from Krizevci, Croatia. We can now ship physical orders to Croatia, the EU, the United States, and selected international destinations where the carrier accepts the parcel.
Standard shipping
Standard international parcels are normally sent with Hrvatska posta / Croatian Post. This is the default option when it is available for the destination and parcel type.
Faster or safer shipping
If you want a faster or more insured option, contact us before or right after ordering. We can quote a courier upgrade such as DHL Express or another available carrier at the real postage cost.
US customers
US shipping is available again. Orders are shipped from Croatia, so customs declarations are required for physical goods. Import duties, taxes, carrier handling, customs fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise.
Croatian Post requires additional handling for goods sent to the United States, including ZONOS handling for goods up to 800 USD and formal export handling for higher-value shipments. If an order needs special handling, we will contact you before shipping.
Miniatures and painted figures
Unpainted prints are usually the fastest physical option. Painted miniatures take longer because they enter a hand-painting queue: Tabletop Ready is usually about 1 extra week, Heroic Tabletop about 2 extra weeks, and Display Finish about 3 extra weeks. Large orders, custom scaling, and busy periods can add time.
Digital products
Digital downloads do not require shipping and should be delivered through the store's digital delivery flow. If a download email is missing, check spam first and then contact us with the order email.
